Is TrackPlata really free?
Yes. TrackPlata is completely free to download and use with no ads, no in-app purchases, and no hidden fees. We believe everyone deserves access to great financial tools.
Where is my financial data stored?
All your financial data is stored exclusively on your iPhone using iOS's built-in secure storage. It never leaves your device — we have zero access to it. Your data is protected by your device's own security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).
Do I need to create an account?
No. TrackPlata requires no sign-up, no email, no login. Just download and start tracking. This is by design — fewer accounts means fewer attack surfaces.
What data does TrackPlata collect?
We collect only anonymous usage analytics (which features are used, session duration, device type) through Firebase and Mixpanel. This data is completely anonymous and cannot identify you. We do NOT collect any financial data, personal information, or location data.
What happens if I delete the app?
All your financial data is permanently deleted. Since everything is stored locally on your device, there are no backups on our servers. We recommend exporting your data before uninstalling if you want to keep it.
Which currencies does TrackPlata support?
TrackPlata supports multiple currencies, making it ideal for travelers or anyone managing money across borders. You can track expenses in different currencies within the same account.
Is TrackPlata available in my country?
TrackPlata is available worldwide on the App Store. Since all data stays on your device and requires no account, there are no geographic restrictions. The app is available in English and Spanish.
