TrackPlata collects minimal, anonymous usage analytics to help us improve the app. This includes:
- App usage patterns (which features are used, session duration)
- Device type and iOS version
- App performance metrics (crash reports, load times)
- General geographic region (country level only)
This data is collected through Firebase Analytics and Mixpanel. It is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or have access to:
- Your financial data (income, expenses, budgets, balances)
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Bank account or credit card information
- Location data (GPS coordinates)
- Contacts, photos, or other device data
3. Local Data Storage
All financial information you enter into TrackPlata is stored exclusively on your device using iOS's built-in secure storage. This data is protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). If you delete the app, all your financial data is permanently deleted.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services for anonymous analytics only:
- Firebase Analytics — Firebase Analytics (Google) — for app usage statistics and crash reporting.
- Mixpanel — Mixpanel — for understanding feature usage patterns.
These services receive only anonymous, non-personal data. They operate under their own privacy policies.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with anyone. The anonymous analytics data collected is used solely for improving TrackPlata.
6. Children's Privacy
TrackPlata does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we collect no personal data, the app is safe for users of all ages.
7. Your Rights
Since your financial data is stored only on your device, you have complete control over it. You can delete all data at any time by removing the app. No request to us is necessary because we never had your data in the first place.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
